Terms and Conditions

1. All prices and specifications may be subject to change without notice.

2. Payments are handled securely using PayPal.

3. Sound banks are delivered within 24 hours from the date of  purchase. Please provide a valid email address and make sure any spam rules in your email account allow emails from this domain name and permit attachments (ZIP and RAR).

File size up to 500 Kb is delivered via email in ZIP or RAR attachment.
File size over 500 Kb is provided via a download link.

4. No refunds are given after purchase. Please audition sound banks using demos provided to determine suitability.

5a. All presets are tested with the latest version of each VSTi.
All sounds are tested for volume levels and clipping (using Sonar 8.5PE)  However, should you experience any drastic volume discrepancies, unrelated to your host, please contact:
support@electric-himalaya.com and a revised sound bank will be provided.

5b. In addition, each sound bank will contain a ‘Read Me’ note or PDF file. Please read it carefully. It may include notes related to special circumstances.
